We reached out through Houzz for a quote to renovate a small section of our basement and Jack was very easy to work with and helpful in the design process offering suggestions that kept us in budget and selecting quality materials that would give us the look we wanted since he has a wealth of experience in the industry. He was very prompt with communication and came to look at the site when it was convenient for us. He used Akita Remodel for installation, and he was also excellent to work with, neat, helpful, excellent communication, prompt and worked with our schedule. We love the finished product, and it was such an easy process, wish we had done it sooner!

Jack was great to deal with beginning with initial objectives (wine storage, walk-in area, display areas, etc.) along with design layouts which went though multiple design changes. We visited a couple of reference sites beforehand to get an idea of what to expect. Delivery was on time and installation went well with his recommended installer (Akita Remodel). We're very pleased with the entire installation!
